Mechanized Rail System

This system includes aluminium rails that are fixed to the façade, allowing the panels to slide precisely, integrating insulation with the appropriate thickness together with the corresponding decorative panel.

Machined Bolted System

JD clamping systems are fixed by pressure onto aluminium profiles anchored to the façade. This solution is simple, quick to install and does not require specialised labour.

The system consists of the following elements:

  1. Fiber cement layer with variable thickness according to the needs of the project (6, 8 or 12 mm).
  2. Extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation, with thicknesses from 20 to 120 mm.
  3. T-shaped profile made of aluminium (60 x 30 x 2 mm), embedded in the panel.
  4. Hex head screw for fixing to the wall structure.
  5. Pre-drilled frame to facilitate assembly.
  6. Aluminum plate (60 x 2 mm).

This set provides an efficient and durable installation, adaptable to different insulation and aesthetic requirements.
