JD Decorative Plates presents its new line of mechanized systems

The JD Decorative Plates brand has launched a new generation of machining systems, which stand out for their ease of installation, efficiency and innovative design. These systems are specially designed to offer fast and efficient solutions, without the need for specialized labor, thanks to a precise anchoring system and aluminum profiles…

New features include the clamping system, in which the panels are pressed into place on aluminium profiles anchored to the façade. This simplified design reduces installation times and allows for a safe and aesthetic finish without additional complications.

The systems also include fibre cement layers with variable thicknesses of 6, 8 and 12 mm, and extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation that can be adjusted between 20 and 120 mm, providing an efficient solution to improve thermal comfort and energy savings in buildings. In addition, T-shaped profiles and hexagonal screw systems ensure a secure and stable fixing.

The main objective of this new line of mechanized systems is to facilitate the integration of decorative panels with a practical and efficient approach, achieving significant energy benefits and improving the habitability of buildings.
