The product descriptions on our website are based on the JD Decorative Plaques product catalog. The products featured are carefully selected from our collection. We have taken special care to accurately display the colors and features of our products. However, due to variations in monitor quality and resolution, it is important to carefully review the product description on the purchase page, as it is not subject to these variations.

How can I pay via bank transfer?

If you have chosen bank transfer as a payment method, you have a maximum of 3 business days to make it. The order will begin to be processed once the company has proof of the payment.

If after the period of 3 business days we have not received the deposit, we will proceed to cancel the order.

Billing information

The company generates invoices in electronic format as long as you previously authorize us at the final time of the purchase. Working Days: All mentioned deadlines refer to working days and are subject to confirmation of payment according to the selected method.

Non-Working Days: Please note that we do not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or national, regional and local holidays.

Delivery location

Delivery problems

QRETURNS POLICY

Right of withdrawal

Products that are not among the exceptions of art. 103

To return a product, as an individual, you have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product.

Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility.

Examples of non-application of the withdrawal period:

Refund

Regardless of your payment method, your refund will be processed as soon as possible, but always within 14 days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse. If you paid by bank transfer, please include your bank account details in the return form so we can process your refund.

Out of stock

If all units of the purchased product are out of stock, Customer Service will notify you as soon as possible using the contact information provided during the purchase process. In this situation, JD PLACAS DECORATIVAS will issue a full refund immediately and, in any case, without undue delay.

MINORS

JD Decorative Plaques directs its products exclusively to users over 18 years of age. Minors under this age are NOT authorized to use our products and should not, therefore, send us their personal data.
